Called Dan early on Sunday morning, and to my surprise he answered the phone ! after a brief conversation he put my mind at rest regarding my water leak, and agreed to visit on Monday morning to investigate, he found that water was leaking from the flexible hose on the bath hot tap, as a precaution he changed the cold tap hose as well, and also noticed water seeping from Bath drain plug, this together with re-sealing the baths white sealer and re-filling the c/h system…..he was gone within 2 hours and left us with a very reasonable invoice, great personal service from a local company. ★★★★★
